When A Man Gets Pregnant…

A lot of women would love to show men how it feels like being them especially when it comes to childbirth. It would be great to switch places at least once just to understand how painful and yet fulfilling it is to deliver a baby. There is one case of this happening though, there is now a pregnant man.

A man has finally stepped up to the podium and announced to the world that he is 26 weeks pregnant. Thomas has been married to his wife, Nancy, for about five years. They have been trying for a baby for quite some time and unfortunately his wife can’t get pregnant due to a history hysterectomy where her uterus was removed. It was then decided by both partners that it was him who should get pregnant.

It is quite surprising to know how gay and lesbian organizations have reacted to this issue. The people who were expected to understand it more than anyone are shaking their heads in disapproval. It was presumed that they would have been more open minded about it and accept it wholeheartedly but they aren’t.

People have different thoughts and opinions on this issue. Some would say that it is weird and unheard of and there will also be some who might think that it’s something that is alright to happen.

This is a world that is ever changing and things like men being pregnant is just part of that. We should all be adaptable to changes as it is a very popular trend. Who knows what will be happening next.
